Bone China Mug and Coaster
A selection of bone china mugs are now available to order with matching coasters.
These are a perfect gift and ready to wrap.
Hand printed on one side, using the images from Beth's gallery of wildlife and nature paintings.
Each mug and coaster set is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and supplied within its own box as illustrated.
These are produced to order allowing approximately 7-10 days from order to delivery. If you do not see the bone china mug you would like please request through my contacts page.
Bone china mugs are 10cm tall perfect for that relaxing cup of tea or coffee.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
UK DELIVERY
We are happy to issue a credit note or refund for any items returned to us in fully saleable condition within 7 days of receipt of your order. The customer pays the return postage and ensures items are packed securely thus preventing damage on the return journey. Short-falls or order errors should be notified within 7 days.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on any returns which are not defective by manufacturer. We will gladly organise a swap for you if you ordered incorrectly or wish you had a different item in this case, though we cannot pay the postage /courier charge either way. We will go to above and beyond to help you with returns and exchange but in all instances these will be at the discretion of the business.
