Hare and the Moon | Pyrography and Original Oil Painting
Hare and the moon
Using carefully prepared wood, I have used Oak for this piece.
I use the grain of the wood to create each piece, notice how the fields and grasses work with the grain. The oak has been pyrographed and painted, using oils for colour and then varnished.
The size is approximately 15cm x 8.5cm at it widest points and is 17mm thick and is displayed with capped eyelets and silver chain.
To be able to create these wonderful pieces of wood art as well as my oil paintings of wildlife brings me closer to nature and I feel that I know each animal that I work with.
As an artist i have two great passions, painting and the other passion in life is wood, and how it can be used without taking away its natural beauty.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
UK Delivery
We are happy to issue a credit note or refund for any items returned to us in fully saleable condition within 7 days of receipt of your order. The customer pays the return postage and ensures items are packed securely thus preventing damage on the return journey. Short-falls or order errors should be notified within 7 days.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee on any returns which are not defective by manufacturer. We will gladly organise a swap for you if you ordered incorrectly or wish you had a different item in this case, though we cannot pay the postage /courier charge either way. We will go to above and beyond to help you with returns and exchange but in all instances these will be at the discretion of the business.
